Store Policies
Orders: All orders are processed in Canadian (CAD) currency. Orders must be a minimum of $10.00 and are subject to merchandise availability. If there are back orders pending, we will notify you if your products are not available. Special order items may range from 1 to 2 weeks to supply. Prior to purchase, please be aware of any duties or taxes that may still apply to receiving your package if items are being shipped outside of Canada. Please know your countries policies of imported goods as these additional costs are not included in the purchase. Any products rejected and marked as "RETURN TO SENDER" should not be considered as grounds for returns. Shipping: Packages will ship Air via Canada Post. Item(s)will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends) upon receipt of cleared payment. Shipping is measured by the total weight of items. Delivery times range between 4 to 10 business days, depending on regions and countries. Overseas packages may take longer. Please keep in mind that delivery times may also fluctuate during peak seasons (Christmas and holidays) and long weekends and international orders are often held in customs for several days. While we are here to provide the best service possible, Sew N2 Ewe will not be held responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost during transit. For destinations outside of Canada, please be aware of duties/taxes that may apply to receiving your shipment. These are not included in the transaction.
